No major changes. I did get a little longer stem, slightly different saddle, and after a full season I retired the original Bontrager Hard Case tires. The Hard Cases were bullet proof, but the new Conti GP4000's feel great and they even come in red.
We are also hoping for a third rider a little more often this year - we will see

We also kept out first tandem, and set it up with a kid-back kit. Our son is still a little small for his Piccolo, but likes to "tag-a-long" just the same.
