Yes it does. But it generally doesn't really get warmer until April 8-15 or so. Or later. But temps are supposed to be in the 50-60º range by Friday. It's coming. On the other hand I remember going out a week before Memorial Day and being amazed it was only 43º in the AM. Oh well. After riding in 15-30º temps all winter, that's fine.
