The wheelset was made with DT Swiss spokes and Deore disc hubs and came out to just shy of 400 bucks.
On that same day, I also bought a Trek 7100 Multitrack for $309.00 plus tax for my girlfriend. The funny thing is what she said afterward: "You paid more for the two rims then you did for a whole bike? They saw you coming!" I just kissed her on the forehead and smiled.
