I don't have a training plan...sort of.
My main source of miles is my commute and I throw in a few intervals each ride. Since it is 56 miles RT I take Tues and Thursday off and hit the gym instead for strength training. Once I get bored of this routine I will switch it around.
Maybe some day I will try a regular training plan and a race or two. Maybe....
I also have recreational rides on the weekend with my son. Hopefully, I can afford a sitter someday and ride with a club occasionally.
