My buddy crashed a couple of weeks ago and destroyed his helmet. Winter riding adjustments for headbands and balaclavas and going back and forth between head covering types and between going without and then with as it gets warmer and then cooler again rare done in a hurry. I spent 30-45 minutes
each adjusting my old helmet and my newly purchased helmet with more venting.
Be sure that you are getting the side strap fasteners fully closed. They may be slipping on you.
