I think she said that she was trying to avoid track bikes. Probably wants to run brakes or is looking for a less aggressive handling frame. Of course if you are going custom then you write the play book. I still say the compact road frame would be a cheaper and a more readily available way to go. Or as somebody else said, compact dirt frame.
