You'll find that with the "new" kit, ie... RC w/Pro-Pedal that it pedals better than your stock setup. Not to mention I know you have more of a DH tendancy than trail riding. I'm telling you brother that bottomless feeling of 8.1" of travel is nice....

BTW... Hopefully I'll have my new Dorado MRD X-Works by Tuesday
