I got rid of RCN due to their crappy customer service. Whenever I had a problem (and there were many), they made every effort to not make it right. Switched to Comcast, and life is good. I realize, of course, that different geographical areas will have different experiences.
I actually thought the Vs. coverage of Amstel Gold this afternoon was pretty good, compared to some of their past efforts.
