I got pulled off the bike for 4 months following a bilateral inguinal laproscopic procedure, to repair an new and a reoccurrance. I went ahead and followed Dr.'s orders, cuz having a 3rd hernia (next time would be open, did that once, don't want to go back) is not on my list of things to do. Making progress on the bike, but anything is better than the couch.
