Scratchy throat. Full sinuses. Nothing in the lungs or chest yet though. 99.1 temp.
Allergies or a low grade cold.
Yesterday was a rest day. Sprint workout scheduled today. 3 sets of 10x10 sec sprints. Racing this Saturday.
Do today's workout or rest?
I have been sick more this year than I can remember. The 8, 6 and 4 year old germ vectors I live with are killin' me.
Maybe I'll sell them on ebay to Gypsies.
