Excellent news! After a couple of years of going to the doctor wieghing more than I did the last time I went, the last two trips have found me weighing less than the time before. I, too, finally got under 200... kind of bounced around between 198-201 for awhile and then two days ago: 194.5! Not quite your spectacular results, it took me a year to come down from 220-225. No real dieting involved yet, just cutting back here and there -common sense stuff- and more exercise. Well, ANY exercise. The bike is a wonderful thing (and sticking to a trainer regimen during the winter didn't hurt)
