January 15th - 206 pounds and BMI=30.9
March 29th - 192 pounds and BMI=28.8
Due to weather I could only put in about 55 miles of riding this last week, compared to 120+ miles in each of the two previous weeks. But I'm still counting calories (about 2500 per day) and losing weight.
