It says it's missing a cable anchor bolt; if you have an old derailleur, you can probably just swap it out.
One other concern is that this derailleur is probably supposed to work with 44-48 tooth maximum chainrings. If you're running a smaller or larger, you'll still be able to use it, but it won't be as crisp as it could be.
