Pretty variable, with a lot of effort to meet up at the rest stops and enjoy lunch together.
There will inevitably be one or two spots where we crank it until the oxygen debt kicks in (about 1/2 mile for me), but it's not some hammerfest that drops people all over the place.
It's a nice ride to get to know folks on BF.
