changing rear shift cable to top vs bottom.

Good morning from the Chilly Northeast.

Im a clyde and have an AUTO SHIFTING problem every time I climb a serious hill , most likley due to bottom bracket flex.

I do not have this problem on my MTB , My MTB cables are all top routed.

My commuter is a surly Cross check and Im using bar cons.

My question is

[B]Are there any cable stops that clamp to the chain stays I know I can get cable stops for down tube but dont know what to do along chain stay my stop is underneath the chain stay.

Or any trick thats been done.

Many thanks

"John"
