If you plan on never putting pegs back on, then I'd suggest the Mutiny Burlish. Another one I'd suggest is the Mutiny Nocturnal. Still could run pegs if you wanted, steep head tube angle for nose manual madness, and a tear droped dent resistant down tube. Out of your choices I'd go with the Stairmaster, the Joint, the One True Ave, or the Debut, but I'd also add the enegma to that list as its such a nice frame and it's shortest length is only .5" longer then you said you'd like. But thats not hard to get used to, and you may even thank yourself for going longer.
