How is the arione so popular among avid riders when it does not have a cut-out that is strong ly recommended by not only this doctor, but many others as well?
Because it doesn't take a cut out to lessen/eliminate/relieve pressure on the perineum... it takes proper bike fit, a good chamois, and your sit bones properly supported... but I'm not a doctor so I wouldn't listen to me
