i agree that 22 is rather large; not knowing the current structure, it's hard for me to really get into the argument. however, i do dispair when i see crappy writing. especially from someone who now holds "authority" and is pleading for us "to have a little faith"... argh! i bet i took longer to write my little rant than it took him to sort through his in-box. his message really does seem to illuminate what kind of priority cycling issues are given at city hall. admittedly myself, and those groups that are being pushed aside
