I was going about 45mph down a hill when I suddenly got the bright idea to slow myself down by using aerodynamics rather than my brakes. So I sat up, threw my arms out, just as a 20mph gust of cross wind hit me.
I didn't go down but let me tell you, I came as close as any mortal has ever been to being completely ripped off your bike by the wind...
