Uh, the Iron Horse bikes have a lifetime frame warranty. Assuming Trek offers the same? Why not go the Warrior Expert for the same $ and get the much better component group (with the Avid BB5 brakes)? I just checked RS Cycle and they have the Maverick on sale a $329. and the Warrior Expert at $499. But if you like the 4500, it's a fine bike. BTW, does the Trek have the disc hubs? If so, a easy conversion if you want to go disc in the future.
