In my brief attempt at motorcycle racing, I used it all the time. After a long straight tucked in the bubble, pop up at over 100 mph and start braking. You really had to hold on. Even though the braking forces threw you forward, the wind was really pulling you back.
I saw some idiot on the highway the other day behind me at around 100 mph STAND straight up on his pegs with his arms spread out, pretending to conduct music or some ****...guess he thought he was really cool.
