Wow, a great ride and good friends. Life is indeed good.
Did 67.2 miles, 4 hrs 45 min, avg = 14.1 some BIG hills, traveled this route : http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1010023
Mile 27-29 was rough, as was last 20. But it was worth every pedal stroke.

link - I was about 20-30 miles down stream from Shakertown. Crossed Tyrone Bridge (wild turkey distillery) went west down to the river, small 1 lane road that turned into gravel for about 2 miles, then luckily blacktop going up-Up-UP into Lawrenceberg, then on to Frankfort. I crossed under the I64 Ky River bridge on both sides (near Jim Beam distillery storage warehouses, formerly old crow, Old taylor).

side note, You folks unfamilair with shakers, need to read material on them. Odd folks but extremely talented. A beautiful place to visit if in KY.
