Yeah, I noticed that when I was riding in a group at the beginning, everything felt a bit easier. When it thinned out around the 34mi turnoff thats when it got tougher. I should have tried to leave that reststop with a group instead of getting out of there in a hurry. Although the pace seemed to be either 18-20 or 13 -15 and I was stuck in between.
I feel pretty good today. I woke up a little stiff but not sore and plan on a ride this evening. Last night I couldnt get off the couch though.
