New wheels are probably in order, but i'll take a second to explain what i think is happening. First off, a 32 holer is a solid wheel. The issue is if, as a result of your blowout, your rim is bent your wheel will never have proper even tension. getting a wheel true, radially and laterally isn't that tough, but doing that while maintaining even tension can often be impossible. When a wheel has uneven tension, especially with a rider who isn't light, it will eventually unwind and/or be prone to spoke breakage.
