Now you know why Bib Shorts are better. Especially for the more rotund amongst us. Now try those ordinary shorts with conventional underwear on a hot day. In fact do a longer ride with underwear and you might notice the difference.

Cycling shorts do not add comfort in the way of Padding- unless you get the thick roadie type with an inch or so of padding in them. Cycling shorts or liners wick away the sweat and do do not have seams that will always be in the wrong place.

Now stop being silly and get those Cycling specific shorts back on and save yourself a few sores in place that we definitely do not want a pic of.
