Well, we talked about the fit for a while... but I've been having problems with my back, arms and wrist on my old 10-speed, and this felt good. I took it on a quick maiden voyage this morning (8 miles because I was afraid of the new seat) and I could feel my stomach muscles after the ride. Don't know what that means, unless I'm using my torso more than my arms, which is a good thing, maybe?
