If you "google" around, you may be able to find the ART website. I've found it in the past, but it was written in Dutch.

It was easier to go to the websites for Kryptonite and OnGuard and look at the ART ratings for their locks there. ART ratings are consistent with the other ratings systems (soldsecure.com, the Kryptonite rating system and the OnGuard rating systems). The Kryptonite and OnGuard locks with the highest ART ratings are exactly the same locks with the highest soldsecure.com rating, the highing "Cycling Plus" rating, and the highest corporate ratings.

There was an interesting result in the May 2007 round of tests by "Cycling Plus". The Kryptonite Fahgettaboudit u-lock had the best performance of any lock tested. But, against MANUAL tools (the tools used by about 99% of the crooks in about 99% of American cities), the very light, very cheap OnGuard Bulldog tested as well as the heavier, much more expensive Fahgettaboudit.

An even lighter version of the OnGuard Bulldog is the OnGuard Mini TC. It is a compact Bulldog with the plastic cover removed from the cross-bar. The OnGuard mini TC is compact enough to fit in your back pocket, or slip into a handlebar bag. Less than two pounds. Less than $30. Totally unbreakable with manual tools.
