If that is BEFORE tightening the cranks bolts (and thereby pushing the crank arm onto the spindle), you're probably screwed. I'm hoping that you just tightened the bolts and then backed them out again. The same thing happened to me when I tried to put sugino 75 cranks on my jamie roy. I ended up getting the IRO cranks because they were cheap and I knew they would work. Currently my favorite bike:
