tire question
I just put some new tires on some old 27 inch rims. The rims are in good shape and I noticed a slight bump as I am riding. Never noticed it on the old tires, so I looked at the tires, and there is a slight difference in the way the tire is set in the rim. A little lower in one spot than the rest of the tire. Is it pretty common, and I just never noticed before, or could the tire be defective?
