Like anything that's a challenge -- it's tough but worth the effort.

I noticed lately that when you're just learning, straight rolling is a thing of beauty. But when you try switchfoot, opposite hand, double foot, ect. the body strain is more exaggerated. And this can be a little disuading, but when you find the "sweetspot" or the perfect roll, I feel it's the closest thing to flying.

It's just you, chro-mo and physics, baby!!
