The stp hands down. Just as a comparison note- the STP was designed and is ridden by Jeff Lenosky, one of the best urban riders ever. The bitter isn't. It also doesn't look as nice, has a crappier fork, lower end components and just no reputation one way or the other. The bitter does have hydro brakes which is nice, but I would rather spend my mone on a bike that is considered on of the best models in its field.
As far as factory built bikes go- the STP, the Spec P series, and the chase are the best with Kona's right behind them
