Well this was my third event, but for whatever reason I had not run through T1 in my mind. I've got my wetsuit halfway off before I get to the transition area, so it's off with the wetsuit, on with socks, bike shoes, jersey, helmet and gloves, grab bike and run to mount area. I also toweled off a bit so I wouldn't have too much water to chill me on the ride.

T2 was much better - helmet, shoes and gloves off, running shoes and number belt on, slug of water and go. I wear tri shorts or swim jammers under my wetsuit so no changing there. If it's hot or sunny I'll add a hat for the run.
