I would think you will have no problem. For us a bike has to show some pretty obvious damage, like bent tubes, to void a warranty. I even did one that was twelve years old, the rest of the bike was worn slam out and the bike was so old none of the parts fit the new frame. The bike was a Giant, steel frame FS, and they replaced it with a new Warp aluminum frame
