I sold the reynolds 753 on ebay...what a great experience

I sadly did not get as rich as I hoped. Oh well. I did manage to get a new fork from the buyer. I traded a set of wheels mainly for the hubs...in exchange for a Columbus SL fork that he brazed himself. It was NOS so it has plenty of surface rust but it looks beautiful. It is going to be much lighter than the stock Tange fork. I hope it rides good. He said he would re-align the fork if there was a problem. It turns out that he traded all his frame building gear to Ed Litton in exchange for a few paintjobs.

I am surprised that so few people knew what a 753 bike should be worth. Pics of the bike build will be coming. The bike is a Schwinn Super Sport with Tenax tubing. I know it is not high end but I really enjoy the fact that the frame is made of Columbus three main tubes and the rear triangle being 4130. It gives a very comfy ride. The new fork should be awsome.
