it doesn't matter... either way the other side will appeal. AND if he is found innocent the French can still try him in France.

IMHO, (coming from a mennonite background but not mennonite, 3 out of my 4 grandparents are), I do not believe Floyd is guilty. If his mom says that Floyd told her he did not cheat, then I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt. After reading his book, powerpoint, and the charges against him; there are a lot of flaws in USADA's case.

This being said, I believe he will be found guilty no matter if he is truly innocent. The media has already spoken long before the trial... and sadly, that is the only law that matters in people's eyes.
