Denver: awesome! I can hold you up as a model. I am just starting back after a long time off. Body is starting to remember, but it is slow. Legs hate me most of the time. I feel the burn But Saturday, my longest ride to date I felt great, speed was up and HR was down.

Terminator: You are doing well, but unlike you I know quite a few that are fit and ride, workout etc. Comes from working around a large # of people.

I have gotten a bit overzellous with my riding, but I have now backed off to give the body a chance to recover.
Week 1: 53 miles
Week 2: 55 miles and on travel for 2 days (rode 4 days)
Week 3: 72 miles and on travel for 3 days (rode 3 days)
Week 4: 93 miles (rode 4 days)
Week 5: 53 miles as of yesterday. (3 days)
the last 7 days....

jarhead42: Second Denver on the pedals. I made a big improvement when I went clipless in 99. I have had look fixed, time, SPD, SPD-R, and now SPD-SL
I like the SPD-SL the best of if you have knee problems look at the speedplays
