You're right. It is. Or it should be. A walk through the links on the PM page shows that the headline came from the previous article in a series which includes the propeller-trike. Some editor kept the headline and simply changed the name of the builder. The object in the earlier article clearly could weigh half a ton, judging by the picture.

Don't they have copy editors at PM? I know everyone is cutting back and all, but still. . .
