7-7-07:
Took my Trek for a ride, hit a pothole and 4 spokes broke - kept on riding and I cut the bartape in two when I rode too close to the side of a hedge - gum hood tore too. It had rained about 15 minutes earlier, and sure enough, a car sprayed me with mud from a puddle while rounding a bend. Sweating and dripping in water, the decals started to fall off, upon when I hit another pothole and cut a slit in my front tire, which promptly blew out while I got T-boned by another cyclist in the process. My freewheel was wrecked.
Luckily, riding home was all downhill. My brake cables snapped.
"LOOK MA, NO BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYKES........."
