Specialized Langster (fixed) for the first leg of the commute. Bianchi San Jose (single speed) for the second leg.
Even though there are no lockers at the first train station, they have these things to lock you bike up that makes them almost impossible to steal. That station is in a pretty safe, suburban area anyway. I wouldn't trust the leaving the San Jose out overnight in the area between the second train station and my office. But it is only ever safely in the locker, under my butt, or in my office.
