General Night Riding Cycling Good Lights Headlights

Anyone here do some night riding? Any idea for a good headlight? I was looking for something to see with. Any suggestions? I read some great reviews about the Cygolite DualCross. There is this Li-Ion edition. Is it worth it to get the Li-Ion? I hear the battery is really tiny and super light. Is it worth it?

I found this chart. The 200 version is the cheapest. Could you do with the overnight charger, or is it better to go with a smart charger? I found one on eBay, generally is it safe to do eBay? I am thinking that I could get it cheaper used on eBay, but isn't it riskier too? The guy has a bunch of good feedback, almost 100 good, but has one red negative. Is that a bad sign of things to come?
Here is the light I am talking about: It looks crazy cool, and I hear that it can blind people, like motorists.
