New to the group, and about 4 races into Triathlon, 1 biathlon. I caught the bug to say the least. Taking on a half ironman in Oct.
Looking to gain some power=speed on the bike. My run is aweful but getting better. The Swim is my discipline, but always searching for a more efficient stroke. My ride is a black & yllw Ciocc 12.5 w/Campy Centaur, Zipp 404s, Tri gel San Marco, Syntace c2.. Just sayin' hi!
