By the way, it is a 20 mile criterium. Its not a very big deal, but I want to try and do well.

I'll throw my .02 in. Take Friday off completely. Do a short ride on Saturday with some minor accelerations (nothing that will make you tired the next day, but put some effort in)

Mon-Thurs do some short but intense rides/intervals. Earlier in the week, put in the toughest and or longest intervals. and then taper the duration of the interval and the amount of intervals but keep intensity high.
