ah. that lends clarity to things. then if the med is 4mm shorter, and the large is 23mm longer, and you are very comfortable on the current ride...

i'd get the medium, and stick with the same stem length you have now. then go up or down from there. maybe longer/shorter/setback post or not depending on how the seat tube angle sits you.
