Missed training day-thoughts opinions
If i miss a training session/ride, should i be putting in that extra bit on my next session to make up for the missed one. I guess I am leading to, if i am missing a day is it better to make up that session by going longer or just taking it as a rest day.
I currently train 5-6 days a week, and was wondering if i miss a day and only train 5 days a week, will it make a difference etc, should I not be concerned and just make it up over the next few days??
Thoughts?
