I typically arrive early and mark my Transition area with a towel(yes even in dus) and a bag full of stuff. I also scatter both pairs of running soes and then go warm up on my bike. It's far too much stuff for anyone to move without feeling guilty.

Typically about 1 hour out I do a 20 minute bike, then a 15 minute run. Then I stretch, then maybe some strides.
