Go to CompetitiveCyclist and rent a Pinarello Paris for the week, or an SLC-SL

Some sites you want to check out are:
http://www.ncvc.net/ - NCVC. Biggest team in the area. On the left hand bar, at the very bottom, are links to their weekly training rides. Sunday Espresso ride is very fast and very hilly, but they claim it only happens during the Winter. If you need a cue sheet I can give you one.

Also, there is a weekly ride that leaves from Capitol Hill Bikes (http://www.capitolhillbikes.com/) Sunday at 9am. That's Pete's team and they're strong.
