Best way to recover ?
I've been cycling for about 9 months and am 42 Yrs.. I just did my first MS 150 ride with a 19 MPH avg. for both day's(75 miles both day's). My legs feel fine but both knees are just a little tender. I'm planning on lifting my seat a few cm. to help that problem.
My question is how should I recover from this two day ride? I'm taking today off. Should I take two day's off ? Three ? Should I start back up with my reg. rides or start with a recovery ride?
I'm planning on riding a 70 mile ride this Sat..
