getting faster
Hey guys, I posted this in the road cycling forum first and was then advised that i would get more help here so here it is. I am in the beginning of my training for my first race. This race date is yet to be decided and will not be in the near future. Anyways, I was curious to see how you increase your speed, and how long it takes to see a noticable difference.
