Again, as I mentioned in another thread, whatever Barry Bonds is accused of doing never fell under the purview of MLB drug policy, which went into effect in 2003. Believe me, if Bud Selig had any grounds to go after Barry, he would have by now.

Also highly doubt that the SF Giants would do anything at this point, considering they're paying him 15.8 million this season to play, and to fill seats.

But that's alright, things have to be stretched a bit if an analogy - albeit a bad one - is to be made.
