New guy looking for European commuter style handlebars.

Hi there! We're building a commuter bike--one chainring in the front and a six-speed freewheel in the back--from an old Univega Viva Sport frameset that we bought recently, and the only part we've been having trouble finding is either the Italian "a Bacchetta" style bars--only without the rod brakes--or the Dutch style commuter bars. Does anybody happen to know a supplier or importer (preferably a manufacturer) that can get or make them? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Thanks,

Barabbas

p.s. Oh yeah, if anybody knows where I can find one of those wheel-generated light fixtures--like on those '50s and '60s Italian commuter bikes--I would appreciate the heads up... Thanks.
